Inspired by nature, the human body, the environment and beliefs, I mix techniques in creating my work ; frequently working with printings, drawings, paintings and collages on paper. I create always driven by my curiosity, the inspiration of my surroundings, what happens in the present time. I am still open to discoveries, to what emerges. The process is the most important part for me.

My first artist « shock » was to discover Miró, Dalí, Picasso, Sonia Delaunay, Dubuffet and more at the National Museum of the Queen Sofía and Goya at the Prado Museum in Madrid. It was during a school trip, I was a young teenager, I keep still a vivid memory of the paintings and their confrontation, it was the starting point of my deep relationship with the arts.

I change countries and places often, I lived and worked in France, Morocco, Mali and Italy. At the moment, I am living in Yeovil, Somerset, in the South West of England. I work now from France, Brittany. Previously I worked from a studio in the Yeovil Art Space, and before that, I was settled at « L’atelier papier » alongside Pascale Loget. I’m actually an art teacher in secondary school.

I’m a member of Somerset Printmakers and fresly member of l’Atelier des 3 citrons.
